Detached Garage Demolition

For this project with were hired by Matisse Homes in Calgary Alberta to remove this garage from the property and save the pad.

First thing we did was came in and vacuumed out the the blown attic insulation. Then we removed the 3 garage door assembly as the owner had requested they be saved to re-sale. After that we bought in our machine and took down the structure. Kelvin (Owner of Matisse Homes) wanted to make sure that we saved the original breaker box so that they would have power when construction began on the new build. We disconnected all the outgoing wiring and saved 2 outlets for them to use. The homeowner also requested that we save the exterior brick. We managed to save and set aside a good amount of it.
